Sales associate was polite and efficient. Store was easy to navigate. Product was what I wanted.

I came in hoping to get sized for a bracelet and was helped immediately when i approached the counter. I was also shown how the bracelet worked as I was looking at a bracelet different than the one that I own currently. After talking with the team members in the store, they also pulled other charms similar to the ones I was looking at (other Disney ones) to show me what else Pandora had to offer. The only reason I probably won't be back is because I don't live anywhere nearby.

All of the associates greeted me with my name. All were eager to help me find the items I was looking for The associates know my taste, and always let me know about items that ae knew or that match my taste

The store is always inviting, bright, clean. I'm always greeted, and if the store is particularly busy, I'm at least acknowledged, knowing I'll be taken care of when someone frees up. Christina was able to help me quickly and efficiently, was very friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure to shop in this store.

I tell everyone and buy everyone a bracelet to get them started and I have two myself and a charm necklace and three rings I love PANDORA seriously!!!!!

The sales associates in this store are always friendly and helpful, always a pleasant experience. I went to get my granddaughter the graduation charm and the store was sold out but the sales associate showed me some other options and I like them better so it worked out well

I’m very happy with my new earrings , thanks to Dannira. She’s very great , I love her personality she helped me very well , also thanks to Tina she amazing... I spent 1 hour in the store talking to the both of them and they didn’t let me down ... I will be back soon .

Customer Service is key! I only shop in stores where the staff acknowledge and greet me when I enter despite my attire. I’ve felt welcomed when I visited this store in my gym clothes and in my business attire.

I love the items and the saleslady was very accomodating.
