First of all, I really Love Pandora jewelry! The quality is amazing! The sales clerk was very helpful in finding what I wanted! I bought a new leather bracelet and a charm! Love it!

I bought an anniversary charm for my wife in November 2018 it broke and had to have it replaced in May 2019. it broke again in barely 3 months. I understand that is a more about the design of the charm but still not even 6 months for the first one and not even 3 months for the 2nd one to break. the jewelers that design the charm need to design more sturdy designs.

When I went to the store they right away were very polite. They answered my questions and it was a smooth exchange. In the end they recommend me matching earrings that goes along with the ring I purchased, I’ll be coming back for the earrings soon.
