I needed a different size bracelet and they had it in stock. They exchanged it with no problems. They gave me some ideas for another gift that I needed, then gift wrapped it for me!

I mainly stopped into store because I had heard that as a complimentary service they would clean my charms free of charge. Well they did and what a wonderful job.. They took a picture of all of them, all professional is that. Both salespeople that I was working with were very friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a ring and two more charms
