Talia was a good representative in telling me about the Pandora bracelet. I didn't know you should not put non Pandora charms on your Pandora bracelet. Also, how to store your bracelet. She was awesome!!!!!!

Right when we walked in, we weren't greeted which was a little weird stating the fact that we were the only ones in the store. Our experience got much better though, our consultant was able to help us find what we needed, she even got my bracelet and ring cleaned for me. I really appreciated her taking her time to actually clean my bracelet. When I had gotten my bracelet cleaned before this experience, it only took them about 2 minutes and I was never satisfied about how my bracelet looked. But this time it took 45 minutes, I could really tell she actually took her time to clean every detail. I really appreciated it, now my bracelet is super shiny and I will definitely be asking for her the next time. The little things go a long way and I really appreciated this person's help. My bracelet looks just like how it did when I first purchased it. Thank you!
