Amy was very professional and lovely mannered. I went in with two goals, leaving with a charm bracelet and a ring that wasn't even for me. I showed her the options that were given to me, but she went out of her way and showed me even more options and my friend ended up picking a whole different ring that was very lovely and affordable for him. I was looking for a charm bracelet and Amy asked me if I wanted any charms, I, of course, said yes and she showed me from the oldest charms to the newest in-store. I loved how she was interested in what I wanted and even helped me how to organize the bracelet for my mother. I've always had a great experience when shopping at Pandora, but Amy went above and beyond!
