While there are times that their product selection is lacking, they had the items I was looking for during this occasion.

Everything was sparkling clean. I was immediately greeted by helpful staff. The sales associate put my new beads on my bracelet for me.

I would like to thank Sammy at the Madison West Town Mall. I bought my wife a set of rings where one the diamonds had fallen out of. We took it in with only a credit card receipt. We were able to replace the ring at the store with the guidance of Sammy.

I have been looking for a charm bracelet for years. Your representative was very knowledgeable about the difference between the different bracelets and I was able to choose the best one for me.

I was highly satisfied because the store associates who helped were very kind and engaged in what I was looking for. The store had lots of good options and if they didn’t have a specific style in stock they were willing to order it.

The assistant that I got was great, she was so nice and helpful and patient.. My only comment I wish the store have more charms choices, I know she told me that she can order it for me, but I need it in the same day as a gift

The staff was friendly and eager to help me. The staff gave constructive advice on the sturdiness of the different bracelet styles I was looking at. The store was very clean and the staff was wearing masks.

They were really nice and professional. They also made sure that if we needed anything or were if we were looking for anything in particular that they were there. They checked in with us and helped us with everything.
