Kelsey was knowledgeable and very friendly. She took the time to ask questions about what we were looking for. She provided us with several options based on our answers. I absolutely love my bracelet and cannot wait to add to it in the future.

I was highly satisfied with Pandora because upon waiting outside of the store a worker came out and got all the information for what we wanted. That way when we finally went into the store they were all ready for us. The sales associate knew what she was talking about and helped me and my friend find the perfect rings!

The sales associates, Lori and Denera were both very friendly and knowledgeable! There were items on the website I wanted to view in person and when I described them, they knew right away. They were not pushy which was also nice!
