The sales associate was knowledgeable. She helped me organize the charms on my bracelet. She advised me on the type of charms I should add to make my bracelet look neat and informed me about upcoming sales.

She just continued to be awesome throughout the entire visit as she helped an undecided me make one of my daughter's 18 birthday gifts unique and beautiful. I have never done a survey for Pandora, never even thougt about it, so the customer service from this experience speaks volumes! Your lucky to have her!
