Although I have not done it yet I plan to exchange the purchase I made as I purchased the charm necklace and a pendent separately and the pendent ended up being to delicate so I plan to exchange today. They were both beautiful however, I love Pandora!!!

The sales associate was very helpful. I had been to Jared’s the day before and wasn’t happy with the availability of products or knowledge. I will always go to a Pandora store going forward. I returned my purchase to Jared’s after finding exactly what I wanted.

The store is well lit, and clean. The merchandise is displayed beautifully, not cluttered. The sales associate was helpful, pleasant, and very patient as I had her pull out several trays for me to look at.

Amanda was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. She checked other locations for a charm I wanted. Amanda notified me when the charm was in stock at her store and offered to hold it for me to purchase it the next day.
