The employees were very helpful with measuring my wrist for a bracelet. They also helping me pick out charm for a birthday gift. The store had plenty of options for me to choose from.

There were enough associates to assist me as well as the other customers inside the store at the time. I was greeted and helped immediately.

Everything was there that i wanted. Customer service was excellent! Very friendly and neat store. Rey nice workers also.

Kat was very knowledgeable with the merchandise and very patient. She took the time to explain everything to us as well as made us aware of the promotion that was going on. I mentioned to her about how difficult it was to remove my bracelets to clean them and she offered to clean them for me. She took the time to remove all 3 and cleaned them and the charms for me.

I spent enough money to receive the promotional item a new bracelet in my favorite color. I was also able to clean my rose gold bracelet and the charms. I was very happy with my purchase today.

The Sales girl made the experience pleasurable, she knew what to show me when the store did not have all I was looking for. There wasnt Lot on display so she showed me somethings in the Pandora catalog. I have been buying Pandora for years and the quality has changed alot , the charms have gotten Smaller and the weight of the charms and rings have gotten so light . The rings now are not quality it would buy , too small !

This was the best experience. They staff was very helpful and nice. They move very fastly and they are very respectful.
