I spent thousands of dollars and company will not allow me to have an pandora credit card but except my money. the return of items are very terrible. when I go to zales I have no problem with anything especially the return of damage items. I have to call the service center, go to ups to mail wasting time and effort. zales I take it in and they call when it be returned back. why am I comparing both companies. Zales I spent thousands and have no issues with damage items.. pandora I have go around the world just to have an item back to where it should be, which is not good when someone spends there struggling dollar just to be sadden.

The wait time to purchase my items after i selected them was excessive. I should have been able to pay for my items with my card at the showcase counter as soon as i selected my items. Other Pandora stores do this but the governor's square location does not. This would cut down on the long lines and increase customer satisfaction. There were multiple people complaining about the excessive wait times.

Management was an absolute dissatisfaction I felt as if management mis treated me to satisfy themselves S having power to be able to do so whereas a sales associate had to step in and satisfy me the customer in a professional manir

Cynthia at the Tallahassee, Florida pandora store was extremely rude , racist and extremely nasty to me . I’ve spent a lot of money to be treated so poorly. I’m very very upset and want this handled or I will go to local media

Had an issue with charm purchase. The store manager was very unaccomadating. She was rude and lacked good customer service

bought 4 items got home to give gift to my wife and only 1 charm was in the bag. The other 3 charms were not put in anything but in the little gift box that pandora has and somehow they are lost now. i spent 60 dollars on a gift for my wife and they magically disappeared due to poor bagging. What do i do now just suck it up and take a loss? these items were bought at pandora store in Tallahassee Florida Governors Square Mall.

Najaree went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer. She explained the sizes of the rings and what was available. Words could not explain how happy she made me feel to spend my money in the store.

When I walked into Pandora I wasn’t greeted by anyone or asked if I needed assistance with anything. After looking I had some questions to ask so I got the attention of one of your associate regarding one particular charm and bracelet that caught my attention. I immediately pointed out the set they had displayed in the store to her that I fell in love with and exclaimed I must have! It was a rose gold bangle (item #587132-19 58713219 019) and Pandora floating locket Sapphire crystal (there was no crystal in it item # 787249 787249 999) for $210.00. The original bracelet and charm Mecca showed me would’ve came to a total of $180. Despite the increase in total price I fell for the set that was displayed at $210. As I got ready to swipe my card the associate rang up the set and told me the actual amount of the transaction was $250. I asked why was it that much when its advertised in the store as $210? She looked at her manager and the manager told me “ It happens all the time the last associate probably placed the wrong charm on the bracelet. We're only human and we make mistakes all the time.

The sale merchandise was out stock for Valentine's. A product that was in store was not in stock for the size I needed. Price was higher than the local competitors.
