Had to wait outside in-line for 45 min before being able to go in store. I wanted a gift card and had to wait another 30 min in-line to check out. The machines the workers had to check out was very slow and it was taking them 10 min or longer to checkout 1 customer. The internet is bad and they need a system to use that doesn’t require internet. Yes it’s Christmas time but I have not waited that long in any store to get in and checkout. I shopped a lot faster on Black Friday. Really ridiculous to make some one wait that long for a gift card or purchasing anything for that matter. Please get those poor workers a new system.

I tried to reach about my very unpleasant experience to your customer services. More than 10 calls and 2 opened cases... NOBODY ever returned to me. Even though I explicitly mentioned that I was exposed to discrimination. Now I gave up because nobody heard my voice. It was just so sad to see that Pandora does not care about my experience at all. My humble advice is, please, as you read this review, please think about a member of your family. Imagine that that person has suffered mistreatment and also been humiliated and crying because of it. On top of that, no authority/ customer service representative helped him/her. Could you really be acting that way would let this go away as nothing happened? Well, thanks to Pandora's customers that's what happened to me. Even though it has been 1.5 months, and they promised more than 10 times they would call me back NOBODY EVER REACHED OUT TO ME BACK.

I shopped for a bracelet on the website and wanted to pick up the item in store but was told it wasn’t in stock, so I purchased the bracelet online and had it shipped. Upon arrival I found out the bracelet was too small and according to the instructions in the package it said I could return the item to the store, so I went to the store to exchange the item but was told I would have to send it back in the mail and they’d have to refund my money, but I could buy another bracelet at full price. I asked if the bracelet was in stock in which they replied they had quite a few of them, so the website was wrong about them not having the item and all of this could have been avoided if the website reflected the inventory they had on hand! So long story short I bought the bracelet on sale and not I have to return it and I had to pay full price for the one to replace the one I bought! I’m very dissatisfied they clearly weren’t trying to take care of me as a customer, I ain’t be shopping with them no time soon

For the number of people shopping in the store there was only one person checking people out. It took longer to stand in line than to shop.

Having 1 person on Black Friday to ring up purchases was a fail . To enter all the information when you have already shopped there is another fail . To box up the purchases in an assembly line is another epic fail, I want to see its correct before I purchase and leave the store . Very disappointed, waiting in line for 15 min was fine, got my purchase in 5 but to wait in line 40 min to check out when there is only 2 other people in front of you was not efficient.

I purchased a bracelet and the sales associate took a ball off the end of the bracelet and when I got home it was broke. They offered me no return or credit or my money back

I brought two gifts and they put everything in one bag. I ask for another bag and was told one per customer. I ask to speak to the manager and the mall head security was call. The manager never came to talk to me. I was treated like I stole something out the store. I am a Pandora card holder.

I bought an O ring and chain , the chain popped and O ring is faulty because it just opens involuntary and I lost the 3 charms that I purchased.... I even had my receipt... I received a new chain but not a new O ring .... so I will not make anymore purchases , I was told nothing could be done about my charms either.....I’m hurt and disappointed . The sales associate even remembered me !

I didn't realize returns or exchanges could only be made within . 30 days, I just needed to exchange for the right charms for a bangle not a reflections bracelet, very upset that I couldn't make the exchange
