I waited in line for over an hour. Someone cut the whole line and walked on. She then proceeded to cause a scene with myself and everyone else in the line. A sales associate helped her instead of sending her to wait in line like rest of us had to.

There was 1 and a 1/2 workers in the store a week prior to Christmas!! No catalogs for customers to review while waiting in line for HOURS. This would speed up the process. The line extended to the food court. The police harassed customers standing in line and even came into the store harassing people. Not good customer experience at all.

I visited the pandora store in Tallahassee Fl yesterday to get a charm for my mother who had just lost her husband. The associates did not greet me. They did not talk to me. They did not try to help Me find charms. This was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I will never shop at this location again.

The manager would not honor a price that was clearly on a charm that I was interested in purchasing and she told me straight out that she could not and wouldn’t sell it to me.can you tell me why? I certainly would like to know.

Before entering the store there were tissue paper at the entrance I almost fell and instead of staff picking the paper up they told me to. I was not greeted when entered just asked to pick paper up . I waited 5 minutes before I was asked if I needed help and then staff member began talking to the other staff about scheduling and meeting problems . When she finally came over to the counter it took another 5 mins to get the hand held computer to look up my order and it was the wrong charm asked to return while in store and got a bigger attitude then I picked out my replacement and before I could look she added to the box and told me the total and I was given the wrong charm will never visit store again

When I made the initial purchase on Saturday the associate was okay but couldn’t answer basic questions or she just lied. (I asked about noncharm bracelets and she lied and said they didn’t have any). When I returned some charms on Monday, the manager or associate Katyana (she had long braids) was very rude, dismissive, and short with me because I was making a return. It was off putting and unnecessary.

We purchased a product from your store on 4/29/22, after only a few hours of having that product the charm broke. We came back to the store on 4/30/22, expecting that we would be able to get a refund or maybe even an exchange. When we spoke to the sales associate she informed us that she would not be able to do anything to help us, we informed her we just purchased the charm less then 24hrs ago and it broke. She continued to say she would not be able to take back broken product and that we would have to go through a 30 day claim process. We informed the association that, that is very ridiculous and she wasn't doing right by her customer. She continued to inform me that this was her policy and that they are privately owned. I told her, "I never went to a retailer before with a receipt and couldn't get back my money or exchange it for a different product". I asked for her General manager & district manager information, and she told me she was not allowed to give me that information. I was so surprised that I wasn't able to email anyone and the only way I could leave communication from my terrible experience was from a servey.

I got in line to purchase a charm at 11:45 am on Saturday morning. The store opened promptly at 12. The store allowed 3 customers in and then the line didn’t move any further. I inquired about the delay at 12:25 to the customer rep standing at the door directing customers but he wasn’t sure as to the cause for the delay. The assistant manager came out at 12:40 to explain that the computers were down and they were trying to resolve the issue. Mind you this wasn’t told to customers until almost an hour had passed. She then stated that customers could come in the store to find what they wanted, write our information down, then when the computers came back up they’d contact each customer. After allowing 2 customers to do this, the assistant store manager came back to say the store would be closing until further notice. Terrible customer service. The assistant manager was approached to request store manager information which she refused to give out info. The ONLY reason I’d return is to complete my wife’s bracelet. The associate I had that was helping me find a gift for my girlfriend was extremely rude and as I was leaving with my purchase they handed me my bag rolled there eyes and said have a good day in a very condescending way because he get like I was taking too long to make a decision on what to buy. Nobody is spending 200$ on a necklace and not picking the right one. Sorry that it took 15 mins to decide
