When I walked in the store the sales associate was not very helpful. It seemed as if he was annoyed. He was rushing me as well as putting merchandise away I was looking to buy. Very dissatisfied trip to pandora.

I walked in the store and the two sales associate working were busy with other customers. No one said hello or greeted me once I entered and I felt that was odd. I asked one of the associates for a catalog so I could select a charm I wanted to purchase . A male looked overwhelmed so I said hello and stuck up conversation in hopes I could help him. I showed him a few suggestions. Some from the Valentine's category and the safety chains. I shared that I lost my first bracelet so I ensure my current bracelet had some type of securitype. He shortly left because he was tired of waiting and said he'll order online. An associate finally walked up and said who was first and I said she could take the other customer. I understood that they were busy but I found them to be extremely unwelcoming. I saw an older gentleman walk in and he stood for a few minutes then left. No one greeted him or ensured he would be assisted shortly. I understand men can be impatient when shopping for women but had the service had been a little different I don't believe they would have left. A business of such great quality should have service of great quality as well.

The stone in my ring fell out before I had a chance to wear the ring. I understand the warranty but the hassle is too much.

Sales associates were just standing around, not helping customers.

When entering the store names were put on a waiting list for customers to be helped. There were only two people in the store who could show the jewelry. The other two workers couldn't show any jewelry so it was pointless for them to be there. People who decided not to put their name on the list kept trying to see jewelry, when it wasn't their turn to be helped. I waited an hour to see jewelry, if my mother didn't specifically ask for a pandora ring for Christmas, i would have never stayed that long. The store was very disorganized, and needed more workers.

First visit to pandora ever. Was shopping for a gift for my mother for her birthday. The sales clerk seemed really aggravated with us taking too long to decide on what we wanted. I thought one of the charms was a flower and she gave me a nasty dumb look and rudely told me it was a stethoscope and doesn’t see how I thought it was a flower. Told me my choice in charms for my mother were not a good idea and was trying to get me to buy what she thought we needed. When more people walked in and were waiting she got more aggressive insisting I get the charms she picked out and kept rudely asking me what she likes trying to find charms I would like. I thought this experience was going to be pleasant and delightful like the commercials make it. It was far from enjoyable. If the bracelet wasn’t something my mom had been wanting then I would of simply walked out and not even shopped there

Customer service was rude because I wanted to buy a charm in the display box and only because they were doing inventory they didn’t want to help extremely rude to me

Katyana is the worst customer service sales lead at pandora she brings down the entire company with her distasteful attitude. She’s rude to associates and customers and seems to have a chip on her shoulder about not being recognized by the company she makes it known that she’s dissatisfied with the way she’s treated and I do believe she needs some coaching on how to keep personal life and work life separate. Raquael is a great supervisor but allows Katyana to act as if she is the supervisor and that is bringing the store value down. I will never shop at Pandora in Tallahassee or Panama City but anywhere else of course. That is it that is all. Tootles yours truly Jazzie 😘😘

There was no in-stock product. I live in valdosta, drove to Tallahassee to get a pandora rope necklace, not in stocks. No charms in stocks. No rings in stocks and store looked like it was closing because it was cluttered up and dirty. I love pandora products. Will continue to purchase. Hate this experience happened.
