The lady that checked me out Assoc:162479 was very rude! I was the first in the check out line and she called the lady behind me the lady explained to her that I was next and she only replied back “o well” I spent $199.14 purchasing 6 charms and had two other purchases that I was taking care for other family members. I asked her could I have another bag she replied she couldnt give me another with purchasing 6 charms one bag surely wouldn’t made a difference. She placed them in the regular pandora bag and not the holiday bag. She did not show any good customer services at all. I am second guessing in returning back to the store. I enjoy spending my money where customer services is ALWAYS 100%...

I waited over 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged they would be with me. Customer service to me is the key to repeat customers. I was out of town and couldn’t wait to return to own pandora store.

Associate not friendly . I have to sell myself the bracelet . There was 4 associate just stand around talking among themselves instead of helping me. I have to ask the question about bracelets and to get help was like pulling teeth. I think the next time I'm just going order online. Poor customer service in governor square mall in Tallahassee, fl

When I walked in I was NOT greeted w/ a smile. I simply had to ask what I was looking for. Sales associate was definitely NOT friendly.

The sales assocate had very limited knowledge of the items in the store. She placed some of the charms on backwards and her attitude was not representative of a Pandora Associate.

I did not feel that the sales associate wanted to wait on me as a customer. Very cold and not friendly at all.

Prices in Las Vegas were 50% higher. I could not buy but 1 charm. My friend bought nothing.

Limitations on items, the manager was very rude, ask me if I wanted to return my items very rudely. when I did purchase items I kindly ask for a 2nd bag only because it was 2 different gifts going to two different people. She told me no and how they was limited on bags. I was stock and very disappointed.

Fist there should have been a better system in place to be seen, move around the store and returns due to the holiday. Cash Purchased and returned at the same store, but could not get cash back. Read store receipt and it stated I could get cash back. Was informed that the return policy on receipt was incorrect and they were a no cash back store. My choices were a mailed check or store credit. No happy with store policy
