Staff were not customer friendly, I felt I was a bother that they had to wait on a customer. This store is in Florida the mask requirements have been lifted but I was not allowed in store without mask I asked to see charms that were on clearance, picked out a charm I was told the clearance charms are non returnable and not until she rung up the sale did she advised me this charm was not on clearance I asked to see clearance charms, why was this item with the clearance items. I liked it so I purchased it but I was not in love with it I would have asked to see other charms even though I was taking up her time. What a horrible visit for such a great company. I love my Pandora jewelry but it will be a long time before I visit this store in Tallahassee again. Their staff need a customer service 101 course.

Because my soon to be husband got an pandora credit card for me to get what I want went for Mothers Day shopping they would'nt let me use card without him present. My email and cell number listed on card.

The Store manager was very rude. Line was very long and there was zero coordination. Manager screamed at us to stay out of the store when clearly there was no direction to how to enter the store due to social distancing. Highly dissatisfied with the service.

I bought my girlfriend a rose gold Pandora bracelet. With this I expect a wide variety of rose gold charms and selection. There was minimal available. The lady who helped us out was mean. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. I will not be going back to her when I return to Pandora due to her attitude

The employee that help me was occupied with getting to know another customer that was getting help from another employee. He did not explain the available merchandise or give me the opportunity to find the merchandise that would have made my shopping experience useful. I feel like I got anything, not what I wanted. I feel like a little patience would have provided the merchandise that would have made the holidays special. Disinterest in showing the available merchandise severely hampered the shopping experience.

Sales associate completely ignored me in the line out front. The same associate let more than 5 people in the store despite the policy. One associate was not wearing a mask at all - not even around her neck. When I checked the charm I bought, it was missing a large crystal.

I love the exclusive experience I received at pandora stores. But what I love the most is the beautiful presentation of the items I purchased. This store failed to give me that exclusive experience and sent my away with generic white boxes that I could have purchased from Walmart. When I asked the sale associate for the Pandora boxes, he apologized and explained that he didn’t know what I was talking about and that he will ask the manager. Upon the associate return from asking the manager, he presented me with an Pandora display box. This was very disheartening because I had to ask for the one detail that makes me purchase items from Pandora stores and to from other jewelry retailers or on-line.

The store had very limited charms. All of the charms I requested, they were out and the sale associated didn’t offer a solution or suggestion for me to obtain the charms I was requesting.

The first associate was super nice and willing to help but I was just looking and didn't have questions. She moved on to the next guest. When I was ready for assistance, the next associate available was not knowledgeable on pricing or merchandise. She was very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to work. I understand everyone has those days but as someone who was nervous to buy something expensive for them self it made the shopping experience negative and put me on edge.
