The sales associate seemed a bit confused at the register and throughout my shopping experience. Some of the charms appeared dull. Mostly dissatisfied that there were no bracelet boxes left so I had to leave with the bracelet I bought as a gift in a cotton sac that was not in the best shape

It was only 3 staff working then 1 left. I was in line for 1hour and 45 mins then my back started hurting. Please hire more staff for the holidays and assist customer waiting.

The Pandora store in Tallahassee Governor’s square mall, they had absolutely nothing in stock. I was mot able to buy gifts for friends. They are not nice and not willing to help costumers, the employees hust talk within themselves.

The lady was not interested in helping me find a charm and spacer for my daughter's early graduation. However she was interested in helping 2 other customers. This is not acceptable considering I spent money and they didn't

I was at your store for over an hour for something that should have taken less than 15 minutes. The operational flow was terrible.

i stood in line for almost an hour to pay . This is slowest store i’ve ever been to in my life . I usually buy from pandora in the galleria mall and i’m out in mins . This store was in turtle mode

I think the associate was not friendly and I feel she wasn’t happy to assist me. Maybe because I am blank. She gave off an unpleasant vibes

I was not allowed in the store till i fot a mask. I was the only one in the store. I had to go all the way across the mall and out into the rain to my car to get a mask.and when i returned the sell associate and the stoer manager were both sitting in the store without a mask on.

Selections of charms were very limited.
