Pandora Jewelry

I initially ordered from Pandora online, but was shorted a charm, which forced me to go to the store. My experiences here over the last year have NOT been good. The wait is usually long and the manager is not friendly. She is borderline rude at times! Yesterday, the checkout took over 30 minutes...wasted my time. I will continue to try to order online, barring any additional disorders. Thats just how much I dislike going to this store!!!

The store was very busy because of sale and there were only 2 associates and the wait time was extremely long. also when I finally check out and tried to use my survery coupon 10 off it was not entered right so I wasnt able to get my discount and the manager could not do anything about it. I was told to complete another survey to get the 10 dollars off.

You were required to sign in and wait for a sales associate. Then, if you made a purchase you had to wait to have you name called to pay for the merchandise. There should have been more staff on duty based upon the volume of customers for Valentines Day.

I walked into the store prepared to buy my daughter some Disney charms. I let her pick out anything she wanted. The sales clerk was less than friendly. She did assist us in the charms. I asked this Clark if they had the bracelet my daughter was wearing, in rose gold. She said they did, but not in the store. She made no effort to see if I world like to order one, which I would have. I will order one from the store I patronize in new York.

I just got the feeling that I was annoying the sales reps... I left and returned because I wanted a bangle but I purchased something else... they were having a sale but you had to look at the book and then wait for the sales rep to find the item waste of time... I have collected Pandora since 2015 and I drove to Tallahassee Fl from So Ga about an hour 1/2 just to visit this store....but next time I will visit Valdosta Vault in Valdosta, Ga

In the past I have been able to go to the local jewelry store and purchase pandora. Now I have to go to the mall 40 miles away.

The wait time I experienced. Only 1 associate in the store. Waited 5-10 minutes to be served.

No Christmas gift boxes!! Cheap cheap cheap. You can do better then that. Presentation of gift was tacky.

Every time I’ve gone in this store, the wait for someone to assist is ridiculous. Some of us actually know what we want. If people are standing at the counter blocking others from looking, the associates need to assist those who are ready. And the whole deal of pulling a tray and displaying what one wants to look at is not necessary. My time is valuable and so is everyone else’s. Let us make a purchase and get out! The charms would be easier to see in the cases if they were not lying flat but propped up at an angle (the lights create a horrible glare). Also, the AC needs to be lower with all of the lights.

When I walked in, no one informed us there was a sign in sheet.
