When I walked in to the store I was ignored by the first available sales associate, she dragged on a conversation with a non-paying customer then walked to the back after she was done and never acknowledged me. The young man who was dealing with a paying customer acknowledged me and I waited for him to service me. The rude sales associate did come from the back of the store eventually but I choose to be waited on by the gentleman that was friendly to me.

I went to store twice trying to get a new Bracelet but the sale associated really wasn’t nice or friendly. She very dry and not helpful! I had to ask for the manger! The manger was very helpful and nice! The sale associated was very ruled and not friendly!

We went in the store because we bought a bracelet that was defected. We came to exchange or get it fixed and because of whatever reason the warranty of the bracelet was reduced to 3 months. So we felt like we had gotten punished for something that was not our fault, and it was like "oh well" from the associate. We also needed a bigger bracelet and we were told that we could get a bigger one but then after waiting for a long time the associate came back and said that we could not exchange for the right size bracelet. Although the bracelet we bought in had never been worn. We felt rushed and as if there was no care to our problems. So, from not checking the bracelet on our first visit before wrapping it up to now not being able to get the correct size made this visit not a good one, and also a bad look for Pandora. When people are spending money customer satisfaction should be considered a lot more.

Very disappointing packaging for the pieces of jewelry I purchased. Pandora should have kept its standard when it comes to packaging. The products are a bit pricey or costly, they should have maintained its usual packaging as before. Not that recommendable for giving it as gifts

Having people wait outside the store to enter caused a longer delay then needed. Allowing people to enter and look for the item would be more beneficial. This is not the staffs issue as I believe this is a company policy due to COVID.

The sales associate was not very personable. Very dry personality. Did not make me feel like what I was buying was important. She was not rude but if her personality was more cheerful, I would have purchased much more.

I had received an item as a gift which was too large foe my wrist. It has never been worn because of that. I only wanted changed or too receive another one but was denied because I had nothing to show them of this purchase. I will have to buy a smaller size myself to enjoy my gift

The store manager was not a helpful or knowledgeable about my online order return. She tells me after I check out that I can't return my put y'all sales are finally after me took my money.
