The day after my purchase I discovered that one of the charms I purchased as a gift was already received by my friend. I called the pandora store where I bought the charm and was told it was not exchangeable as it as purchased as part of a promotion.

The items i wanted were available. I didn't have to wait a long time for someone to assist me. The sales rep was very knowledgeable.

When I walked in the store both of the associates were dealing with other customers but I made eye contact with both and neither acknowledged me. I waited for one to finish his transaction and then I literally walked to the counter in the back and had to ask to buy something. If I didn't need the items for this weekend I would've left and ordered online. It's almost like I was bothering them for coming in the store. There were cleaning supplies and other materials on the front displays. When I had come in before the associate showed me the product options on top of the display but this time he made the extra effort to put it under the glass. The impression I got from how they both treated me was they thought I wasn't going to spend money or I wouldn't be worth any effort. I had planned to buy more pieces than what I actually bought but I basically had to beg to see what he did show me and get from the displays so it wasn't worth it. This is the second time this location has treated me poorly. I dont know if it's because I wear masks (due to debilitating allergies) or maybe I dont look like the ideal Pandora customer but this is beyond disappointing.

The sales associate Malachi seems detached from reality he seems as though he doesn’t know his job very well. He needs a little more training.

Stood in a line for over and hour, only store in the mall with a line, you guys got to do better, customers time is important.

The store was empty, but I still felt a bit rushed. I am in a wheelchair and have trouble seeing the merchandise...the clerks seemed oblivious to this situation? Everyone was nice enough, but as this was a special purchase, I was hoping for more warmth and imagination.
