I was waiting and the lady just went on to the next person when I was there first she never said who was first

The ability to not view an entire tray of charms was frustrating. In the past, I was able to view an entire tray and make a better selection for purchase. When viewing three or less charms, I'm only thinking of purchasing one charm, verses, viewing an entire tray, I'm able to see more charms and inclined to purchase more.

I prefer to shop for my Pandora in smaller stores where the employees are more willing to pull things (more than 1 at a time) out for you to look at/compare etc.

Everything was for the most part great. Only thing I found somewhat disapointing was that the charms were not put in a box just a little paper bag. Kind of a let down.

I just thought the sales ladies could be more friendly. Kinda of bland and waiting for closing time

The sales associate was not very friendly nor kind. Not one time did she smile or barley looked me in my face. I was the only African American in the store and she made me feel just that way too. When will we get pass this?

I am not happy that the Disney line was not included in the promotion of buy 2 get 1 free.

The sales lady who checked me out was very impatient and what I deemed as rude. She acted as though she had no time or no knowledge of how to ring my purchase up. The guy who helped me find the ring was amazing though.
