Pandora Jewelry

I don’t understand why when I go into a store, such as this Pandora store and I know more about the product than the people working there. I also don’t appreciate not being able to look at beads etc without being treated like I’m going to steal something. When I ask to see the Christmas beads.....I mean the whole tray!!!! Not to be asked “which one exactly?” That is highly annoying and the reason I prefer to shop in smaller stores for my Pandora.

It wasn't any letters or numbers available.

This was my first visit to the store thats why not highly satisfied. But may be after using the merchandise i will be highly satisfied next time. Thank you

Service was great just not many specials.

Staff did not provide a warm welcome. Didn't make me feel excited about my new purchase although it was late and near closing time.

I came into the store looking for a simple, silver chain to use with a Pandora pendant. The girl helping me to begin with was very sweet and went around the store checking the displays to see if they had a medium length chain (all we saw in the box they keep them in was a short and long). Another girl then came out, who I think might be a manager, and told us that chain only comes in 2 lengths.....short and long. The first girl was very sweet and I appreciated her checking the displays for me, but she apparently just wasn't as aware of the product maybe as she could have been.

Not concerns currently

The experience was fine. Nothing exceptional, but it was fine. I am happy with my purchase.
