I was able to get in and out timely. I knew what I wanted and it was there.

The staff behaved in a professional manner and performed their jobs well; the other customers acted like animals on a jail break from a zoo. I’ll order online next time. I won’t negate myself to interact with garbage like that again. Sorry, not sorry.

Did not have a variety of military charms.

I went to exchange my bracelet and when I walked in the drive there were four ladies standing around and no one asked if I needed assistance. I went to back of the store and when I finally received assistance, she wasn't very friendly nor did she know when the size I needed will be in the store. I returned 3 times and the last sales representative was helpful.

Item where out. The necklace I received for Christmas lost a stone and I hadn’t wore it

As much as I love pandora, I didn’t feel as though a highly satisfied rate were suitable. Although my last visits was great, there have been more the a few times I visited and the customer service was not great! Fornately I don’t put everyone behavior on everybody else!

It was very busy in the store so ch I could not look at ALL of the merchandise. I had an idea of what I wanted but could have possibly am chosen an alternative item.

Associate was very nice store clean staff knowlwdegable

Need to limit no of customers on Black Friday or enlarge the store
