Pandora Jewelry

I was upset do to the nature of certain products online not being sold in the store. Next I was looking to see if there were any kind of deals.

Was able to find items easily to satisfy family members. Friendliness of the sales person. Over all atmosphere.

I’m use to customer service, I wasn’t asked about looking at other merchandise after I selected what I wanted. I was told what I wanted they had after they check they didn’t have it.

The sales associate was wonderful but before I got there I called and was constantly placed on hold for 15 minutes by someone else.. but the woman that helped me even entertained my doc while I made a selection

Staff was helpful since you can't just pick out items by yourself. I just feel that they don't go out of their way to suggest other items or do they attempt any type of conversation. Hate to be critical, but I have always found this store--which is the only one nearby--to have a rather cold demeanor.

The demeanor of the sale rep, was unpleasant. She acted as if she didn’t want to help. She gave off an aggravated attitude. Granted it was busy because it was Mother’s Day weekend.

I loved everything about my experience. Mrs sherry was the best.

There nothing that was wrong with my visit to Pandora. I was able to purchase want j need with out being frustrated.. The sales associate was very pleasant! However it didn't required a highly satisfied rating.

The merchandise were waiting for me from the employee who sold it to me.

I DO NOT LIVE IN THAT CITY ONLY VISITING FOR THE WEEKEND.
