I wasn’t able to exchange a bracelet I purchased online.

I have a back disease and i had to stand in line because only 5 people were allowed in

The associate was great and the customer service was too. I purchased the sweetheart bracelet as a gift. When I got home and gifted the bracelet, the clasp would not close. I have three Pandora bracelets myself, so I know how they close. This one is apparently faulty. I called the store back and they welcomed me back to exchange, which I intend to do. However, it was embarrassing for me and it is now causing me an inconvenience to return it since I live 40 minutes away from the store.

I prefer to shop at my local jewelry store for Pandora. The Pandora stores won't let you look around much. They act like they can't pull out treys for you to look at because they are scared you're going to steak something.

The Tallahassee store does not have a lot of inventory.

My experience at Pandora store at the Governor's Square Mall was Great EVERYTHING about the store and merchandise I was Satisfied. Thanks for you'll Service.

I was satisfied with my experience although it wasn't that much variety as usual.

I called a day before I went and was told they had the 40th anniversary charm. When I got there the next day they said they hadn't had that charm but was waiting on it to come in on the truck.

I waited on assistance but I feel like when I walked in the store the associates SHOULD have acknowledged me and said we will be with you shortly. I waited for 30 minutes before I was ACKNOWLEDGE. I WORK in customer services and I will at least acknowledged the next person but CONTINUE to complete my transaction that I am currently working on.
