Well we were online looking and there was a sale for the charms for $15.00 but there wasn't a whole lot to choose from but we found something else so we purchased some of the other ones .

The selection of merchandise was not good.

Stood out front as instructed. Male associate saw me (was literally the only person waiting) and did not acknowledge me or let me know when I would be seen. Felt ignored until young lady came out and asked me to enter. The gentleman looked like he didn’t want to be there.

I didn't like having to wait outside for over 10 mins and there were only 4 customers in the store, yet when I walked in 3 others came in the same time I did without having to wait. The selectio in the store is very limited and I did even get anything for my birthday ie coupon or something.

No particular reason

It was Valentine’s Day and it was very busy. The associate appeared to be a little tired, maybe. After filling out an info card, and selecting my bracelet, we moved to charm selection. After finding out that the charms that I selected were not in stock ( I wanted red heart charms) I asked if there were any other heart designs available. He just didn’t seem to be interested in helping me find a substitute solution.

It was my first Pandora bracelet purchase. Should have been offered safety charms cause the seals person knew it was for a child.

Associate didn’t really know the products. Out of a lot of products. Been having a really hard time exchanging a product I bought awhile ago.

I was able to purchase one of the items that was needed.
