Once I entered the store I was attended right away. I specifically asked for 5 different rings 3/5 were there in the ring size I needed. And check out with quick and easy.

searched 3 different pandoras for a specific necklace, when I called the lady said that they had it in store and would be more than happy to hold it for me while I drove there. When I arrived both employees were very friendly and I enjoyed conversing with them

The customer service was great. The store was clean and items easily to be seen. My first time in the store. A great experience all around.

The return/ exchange transaction was extremely smooth. The sale associate knew off top what charm I was looking for from just a description. I walked out pleased and very comfortable with my purchase!

Meca in the Governors Square mall store was very polite and helpful. She even cleaned my bracelet while I wanted and looked brand new once she was finished. she suggested that I buy the cleaning kit and I did because she showed me the difference it could make.

The sales person approached my boyfriend and I within minutes of entering the store which is a big deal for me coming having a customer service background. She was very knowledgeable about the merchandise bc any charm I asked for that I had seen before or online she knew exactly and even offered up ideas for substitutions if possible. She stayed with us as we browsed even though we initially stated we were just looking ready to assist. She was so good I think she aided in helping my man ultimately purchase one of the more expensive charms I liked to add to my collection. Transaction was smooth and I love my new addition. I am grateful for the $10 discount for completing this survey as I will return sooner than later to purchasing something else knowing I'm saving $10.
