I walked into the store and it was extremely busy... The associate the eventually waited on me was very busy. I looked around a little bit while she was cashing others out and eventually stopped at one of the counters and waited to ask a question... When she was finally done she walked over toward where I was when another customer took her attention before I could and started to ask her multiple questions. She answered them but then let the customer know I was next in line waiting and that she needed to help me first... I thought it was extremely professional how she not only noticed who entered the store when but also how she handled herself in a nice and professional way and made sure she could help all of her customers in a timely fashion. She was very friendly and genuinely tried me make me as comfortable as possible in the store and answer all of my 50 questions without ever rushing me! The associates name is Kevyn P #162479. I have been in this particular store once before and the associates were rude and standoffish. They didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered with me.

Was allowed to browse for a couple of minutes without intrusive sales staff. Sales person who assisted me was very familiar with the merchandise for sale. Sales was completed quickly and efficiently.

I visited your store (in Tallahassee,FL) to purchase my best friend a birthday gift. I had no knowledge of what I was going to get her(first time shopping with Pandora) until the sales representative suggested BEAUTIFUL bangle bracelets from the Wish Collection. My best friend LOVED them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and I was very much satisfied overall! 😁
