I visited Pandora on Christmas Eve - very busy time, however I was put on a list and with a sales associate within 5 - 10 minutes. Associate very knowledgeable of products and helpful with ideas. System was down for a short time while waiting to pay - clerks were very apologetic and as efficient as possible. Awesome experience!!
