My sales person told me about sale items. She always recommend things she know I would like and show me all the new items. She always make my Pandora shipping much easier!! Najaree is the best!!

I am a first time Pandora buyer and I informed the associate. Immediately she explained the different types of bracelets available and then listened to what charms I was interested in receiving from viewing them online the previous day. Nadia was very informative, helpful and patient. She is a great asset to the Pandora Team of the Governor Square Mall‼️

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, The store was extra clean as normal and everyone was following CDC guidelines and practicing social distances.

The associate who helped us was friendly. She had to stop and help the other associate with a credit app and was considerate of us to let us know and apologize, plus she told me if i found anything else I liked she'd look for it in the back. Some people don't set the right expectations but she did and everything was well communicated. They were smiling and friendly and this was my first visit to any Pandora.
