I was so happy with my experience at Pandora. This was my first visit and I will definitely be returning for future visits. I also loved the fact that the associates were strong men of color! I was very happy to shop from a company that was not reinforcing antiquated gender norms. He was so helpful and because of him I purchased a ring!

Everything went well

I was welcomed with kindness. The store was clean and not packed it was a safe environment. The staff answered my questions to my satisfaction and yes I will be returning to the store again to shop.

The sales girls were both very helpful . They took their time and showed me regular price charms and when they knew I was on a budget they showed me some a little less expensive

The store is very clean when I came into the store the employees were cleaning and sanitizing the store. The were able to damage out my item and help me find more things to buy.

I like how the store took the necessary precautions for my safety as I spent my money.

The store is as very clean! I felt safe I’m the store everyone was wearing a mask! They limited the amount of people in the store. I was shown everything that had at the moment! They made sure to provide me the look I wanted with what they had!

The customer service is on point the employees really make you welcome. And secondly I overly love Pandora jewelry.

The assistant was very knowledgeable of the merchandise, very friendly and attentive. She also made recommendations on the fit and how make the charms look nice on the bracelet that I purchased. The assistant was also very patient as my friend and I had no idea what we were looking for. She took the time to explain detail of every item we chose.
