The young lady that assisted me was very nice. She help me understand the difference in thr charms. She picked out a very beautiful necklace for my daughter.

I have never had an issue with Pandora and the sale associates. This trip was no different. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable about the items I was looking for and was very helpful in finding what I wanted. She was also helpful in helping my husband with another item he was looking at and thinking about purchasing for me later. I also love my purchases from Pandora and I have never been disappointed with my purchases. GREAT JOB.

The sales associate at the Tallahassee, FL Governor Square Mall location was wonderful. I don't recall her name, but she was on duty around 7:45-8pm on the evening of Wednesday Dec 9th. You should definitely keep her around. Thanks!

The customer service was very good and the salesperson was very knowledgeable. Another associate took her bracelet off to let me try it on to see if I’d like it. That’s not a service you’d find in other stores.

The experience was everything and more. I walk in on a sale that I could not beat or exist. The sale associate was very professional and her hospitality was extremely nice. Due to Ms. Nadia help and the great service I received today, will be back in the near future.
