I was highly satisfied because the sales associate was extremely nice. The store was clean and neat. I almost found everything I was looking for.

I visited the Pandora Store in Orlando Florida the ladies and gentlemen were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and gave great customer services I will be revisting that store again when I go back to Orlando Florida. Plus they had a buy two get one free sale the customer service representative was very kind and helpful to me.

No problems with this visit at all. However, I am dissatisfied with few pieces that I have and can't get them cleaned. They are tarnished pretty bad, a ring and two clips. I am being told because you no longer offer the cleaning service I would have to purchase the cleaning solution and then they will clean it for me. I know the pandemic has cause a lot to change but I feel as if a trial sample should have been given to the prior customers. I have invested a lot of money in Pandora and I don't feel as if this was thought out thoroughly to satisfy the customers.

I have never been inside a Pandora store. I felt welcomed. I loved the service and how patient the employee was with me although I was undecided on what I want. She was very friendly.
