Everything was handle in a great manner. The associate was extremely helpful with assisting me with finding the perfect charms. Also even though the store had a long line the associate were still patient.

THIS is the FIRST time that I have a POSITIVE experience at my home store!!! Usually, the wait is long, and the manager is rude and unwilling to accommodate the customer's simple request of having Pandora bags for ALL purchases, as they are going to different persons as gifts. I will admit that my visit was initiated secondary to being hung up on during a phone call where I was asking simple questions. Being that I live in close proximity to the Mall, I decided to make my presence known, and was exceptionally pleased by the service I receive. In addition, I did let the manager know of the incident with the phone call! Again, pleasantly and surprisingly pleased with this visit!!!
