Most sales reps tend to ignore kids when the adults are shopping or talking; however, Zoe listened to my daughter when she gave my phone number or had anything to say. Honestly, this will always be my main reason for returning and working with Zoe.

Sales people were approachable. Store was very clean. Staff were offering water while shopping for merchandise.

Carole was very helpful in recommending a chain so I didn’t loose my bracelet, also she recommended stoppers so my charms would stay in place. I bought the bracelet in a different store and these things were not mentioned. I was new to these things. Also being silver Carole set me up with a cleaning care kit. Great job Carole! Love my bracelet!
