I'm not sure of the price I was charged for one item. I didn't ask when I picked it out. After I got home from shipping the gift, I looked at my receipt and saw that at first I was charged $45 , but that was voided and I was charged to $65 but free gift included. I didn't get a free gift either.

My experience was fine. I knew exactly what I was looking for. There were nothing great, but there were nothing wrong either.

Upon entering the store I did not get greeted. Their were plenty of associates that were there and were not busy. No one acknowledged me. They need to work on that. That’s not welcoming at all and if I didn’t need my bracelet cleaned I wouldn’t have purchased anything from this location.

I found good things that I was looking for online, but in the store, she gave me different things. That was more expensive.

This was my first visit to the store, so although the manager was extremely great. I felt some of the employees weren't as friendly. And if the manager is going above and beyond, the whole team should be on the same level. Some of the reps, didn't speak or smile. The manager asked us did we need water, and was very patience as I figured out how to set up my bracelet.

I needed a large bangle and they found one . For my exchange ...but they needed number a bar code . And the large bangle didn't have it . So no one new what to do . I waited over 20 min for a simple exchange from a med bangle to a large .
