I love the merchandise. I brought a charm that I loved,& the snap wasn't very supportive so it came a lose., Lost it So that's why I was not highly satisfied

trip to store was only to have my bracelet adjusted clasp adjusted, but the sales associate was so nice I ended up spending money on items I never intended to purchase. associate suggested I apply for the card to save a little extra cash. long story short, there was an issue with synchrony bank and due to security issues I had to go thru this long security protocol just to prove I was who I said I was. my grandchildren were with me and we were in the store way too long and I wasn't approved. the associate Jahaira was very nice and all but this was not the experience I had hoped for, this was my first time ever stepping into a pandora store

They we’re getting ready to close so I wasn’t really able to get my finger sized properly. So now I’m left with a ring thats kind of too big but it still fits.

They didn’t have a big selection of the sale going on. But the associate did the best she could do. I’m happy with my purchase, but want a bigger selection of charms

The store was only letting two people two people in at a time. There was a lime outside of the store that I had to wait in and I had already called and asked the lady to get my order prepared and ready. Plus I had an appointment to be at not to long after
