I always have a great experience at this store. The associates are so helpful; they know the product, make perfect suggestions and don’t pressure sell. The only challenge is making decisions, I love all the jewelry!

I absolutely love pandora jewelry since it is great quality and beautiful. I also will go back to the location I normally go to (Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh) since the one employee, Ashley, is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

In addition to the order I placed and picked up I also made a separate purchase while I was there. The sales clerk was extremely personable and was quite attentive to me and what I was interested in. She was a pleasure to work with and I appreciated her helpfulness, suggestions, and knowledge.

I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO FIND SMALL RED HEART SHAPED EARINGS SET IN SILVER. HEATHER IS ALWAYS SO HELPFUL. SHE EVEN OFFERED TO CLEAN MY FAVORITE HOOP EARINGS THAT WERE LOOKING A LITTLE LESS THAN PERFECT.

I got a pandora bracelet as a Christmas gift now I'm obsessed. First time in the store and all the employees were very nice. The associate helped me pick out rings that look good stacked. Can't wait to go back and get more!

The store was pretty busy but I didn’t have to wait too long to get assistance. The person who helped me was really nice. She worked with me and gave me multiple sizes of my ring of interest so I could find the perfect fit. Then I was out! Easy and successful visit.
