We came in for a ring for my granddaughter and found it even though it wasn’t exactly what we wanted.

I don’t know the salesgirl’s name- she had dark hair and was in the Ross Park Mall (Pittsburgh, PA) Thursday Jan 20 at 7:30pm. But she was incredible. I was looking for a “travel set” to replace my wedding band and engagement ring for an upcoming vacation, so I could leave my diamond at home, and she pulled out the most beautiful, appropriately priced pieces, and helped me assemble a stack I almost love more than my real set! I’ll definitely be back to deck out my other fingers.

No wait also gave my bracelet a good cleaning

The store was inviting and the people that work there were extremely friendly.

I was greeted and guided through items that I was interested in looking at. The Sales Associate knew exactly where everything was, offered details about each item, and packed and completed the purchase effortlessly.

Quick friendly service. Had my order history to assist with replacement bracelet that broke.

The one girl working in a ring display did not a knowledgeable my presence. However when I walked up to the other girl, she immediately took care of me and was extremely helpful.
