Pandora Jewelry

This was my first time ever going to a Pandora store. Caitlyn R. was 100% amazing. She made me feel right at home and was thorough on everything. She found out why I was there and walked me thru step by step and answering all my questions. If it was not for her with her knowledge, patience, great customer service and skills on the bracelets and charms, I would not have bought anything. I felt like that was not my first time in the store. I believe the manager name was Tiffany and she was great also. She walked around interacting and it was not an overwhelming feeling.

As soon as I walked in they were thrilled to help fulfill my online order pick up. They quickly got my order for me and had me taken care of for the order. They asked for picture ID before giving me my purchase which I thought was wonderful. I went out to look somewhere else and then returned. I then purchased a charm and a clip. The sales representatives were very helpful and wonderful to work with. Especially, when my gift cards were being problems, the manager came over and was quickly able to get the cards to go through and I was able to complete my purchase. It was a wonderful store to go to and shop in.

The sales associate, Faith was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in showing us many different items. She pointed out the specials and priced each item for us. She was a pleasure to work with and gave us her full attention.

My representative was extremely professional and friendly. She is amazing!

The service is superb and everyone was very friendly I truly enjoyed learning about Pandora and well I am already addicted to them!
