Sales associate, Mayana was pure joy!!!

This was my very first visit to any brick/mortar Pandora location. Caitlyn was the associate that assisted me in my purchase. She was pleasant and approachable. She gathered my thoughts, wants, and needs before attempting to address the items I had in mind. She made suggestions along the way to fine tune my requests which made choosing easier. I really appreciated the knowledge she exhibited during my visit, her training was evident. Caitlyn was professional both verbally and in her appearance. She wore your brand which made me even more confident in her expertise. Actually, one of the charms on her personal bracelet caught my attention, ultimately prompting me to purchase that same charm. The wait outside the store was long, but I can dismiss this inconvenience for the quality of service I received when it was my turn. I respect the steps Pandora is taking in regard to COVID-19 to assist in our efforts to flatten the curve of cases and to keep the public safe. I enjoyed my shopping experience at this store even though I never set foot inside! Loving my purchase! Thanks Caitlyn!!
