The sale associate Tiffany was very knowledgeable with the products. She gave me advice on what looked good together and gave me suggestions on how to pair the charms on my bracelet

Not only was there a long line to get in but the amazing customer assistance given while in line made the wait swift and easy. I was able to make a selection while in line and just walk in to see if I would like to change and view other options. Sales associate was amazingly helpful.

I visited the North Lake Mall location. The manager serviced me. He was impressive. He was very personable, detailed and took so much time to look for items that matched my two daughters personalities. We even cracked up at the fact that my daughters are so different. Because of that he met the challenge of finding charms for the both of them that matched their personalities. I went in to get charms for their bracelets but ended up getting them necklaces with charms. I know there going to love them. Thanks again Pandora for the exceptional service. Merry Christmas!!
