Since it is a busy time of year was surprised at how organized staff were in handling volume of customers in an orderly way and processing us in and out the doors quickly and still being very courteous. The selection was also very good.

The quality of the merchandise

I was waiting on buy a cashier name Michelle very nice very knowledgeable about the charm I were looking for.

We arrived to find a long line and were worried we wouldn’t be able to purchase the gift the wanted and be able to pick up our daughter in time. I called the store from the back of the line and with in 60 seconds Caitlyn was helping us. This was a great experience and everyone was so helpful and nice, Especially Caitlyn.

Our experience at Pandora was good. They had an orderly lined formed outside of the store and an associate was assisting those in line in order to make the experience as efficient as possible. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.

Store was clean, ensured customers safety while practicing social distancing. All associates were professional and kept the flow flowing by coming out of the store to assist customers with selections , so customers can come into the store with a faster process. Job well done.

Each associate was very knowledgeable. The customer service was like no other. The speed of the service due to the long line due to the holidays were amazing.

Sales associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. Although there was a brief wait outside of the store, I was able to get in and get what I needed promptly. Myrah took good care of me.
