Pandora Jewelry

The store was beautiful. This was my first time busing a Pandora store. I let the sales associate know this and she gave me a warm welcome and was so friendly. She was patient and knowledgeable. I ended up with a beautiful bracelet and charms and couldn’t be more thrilled!

My exchange was easy. I was happy that the items I needed in a bigger size were in stock. And the sales associate was very friendly and helpful.

Customer Service was of utmost appreciated. The store was very clean. Ann E. was very knowledgable and very helpful.

Caitlyn was extremely personable and kind while she helped me. Even with the line out the door she still took her time with me and I didn’t feel rushed at all. I was very thankful for her help and making my experience seamless and pleasant.

Even though it was covid times I didn't mind waiting in a long line for safety. I have always wanted a bracelet from Pandora and it was everything I dreamed it would be. Beautiful. I loved the store. So pretty.

I went in Christmas Eve knowing that It'd be packed. I was still able to talk to the sales lady and not feel rushed.

She informed me about your products and i was highly impressed with her customer service. She was awesome that’s why i cam back on 12/24- this time i was helped by Ann, was was great!!!!
