The in store assistance from Nicole was exceptional! She greeted me warmly. Her attention to detail was superb. Nicole made my experience so much better and I bought additional things because of that.

I talked to an associate the day before I went in the store to check their inventory on a certain item. The male associate was friendly and helpful. I went into the store the next morning to buy the ring. He had left it behind the counter marked with my name. The lady that checked me out was very friendly and courteous. It was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I was highly satisfied because first the way she approach me and was very eager to help she showed numerous of stuff that I could buy for my daugther and friend Birthday she was very patient with me and allowed me to take my time and suggested a few items that I liked very kind young lady she really enjoyed helping me and she made sure that I was satisfied with what I bought

The knowledge of the items i wanted. I changed the clasp on bracelet because of arthritis, they were able to find one that was easy open clasps to add ny charms.

When I walked in the two associates were busy helping others but as soon as I walked in they greeted me, which I appreciate. She helped me promptly and was very friendly. I was in and out in a breeze.
