Sales person Jonathan, I believe he was the store manager provide excellent customer service. I only went in to have my Pandora bracelet cleaned. But because of the great care and awesome knowledge from Jonathan I had to purchase a charm.....

I brought 2 more charms. I also purchased some jewelry cleaner. They arranged my charms and cleaned my bracelet and they also helped me to purchase the correct safety charm for my bracelet. I had purchased the wrong one online and let me exchange it for the correct one and I purchased 2 more charms. One for me and one for my daughter
