The Sales Associate was the actual Assistant Manager and she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the merchandise. My selections are beautiful as they were a Birthday gift for my mom and she LOVED them.

The sales associate was so helpful! She helped my friend and I pick the best matching rings. We didn't know what we wanted at first, but she gave us recommendations and sized our fingers. She was very cautious and followed cleaning protocols .

The overall experience.

The line moved much faster than I expected. The salesperson Zakiyya was very knowledgeable about the charms available. Even though my husband waited until the last minute before valentines day (2 days) I was still able to find a bracelet and charms/clips that I loved and was within his budget
