I arrived before the store was open, so I was the first customer and my experience was great. I was purchasing a bracelet and charm for my brother's girlfriend. The service was excellent and the associate was so very professional and knowledgeable about the products. I love the bracelet and will purchase another one for myself, I already have 2.

I purchased a back in October and accidentally broke my charm I explained that my whole family had Covid and I’m just now feeling well so I came into replace the charm I didn’t have to pay for it and they offered to clean it and was so nice to me I highly recommend pandora
