I am always satisfied when I come into the store. The people are very friendly and they don't have you waiting long. They know where things are and how the jewerly should be.

The staff was very pleasant and came out to ask if we place an on li e order to assist with the wait in line. That speed the process if you already ordered or knew what you wanted.

The lady that helped us was super sweet and very helpful with explaining to us sizing and the process of buying online. We ended up getting the wrong sized bracelet and she got it fixed for us with no problem!

My sales rep, Cassidy I believe was her name. She was full of knowledge about the product. Very personable and a joy to shop with. Took her time to listen to me and what I was seeking! I would shop with her any day! Such an asset to that Pandora location in Northlake Mall.

There was an extremely long line outside side the store. When I walked up the sales lady said I was the last person because it was 30 min to closing. I told her what I wanted she got it and my wait was 5min.

The ladies were super sweet & friendly. I brought a bracelet & 3 charms but also took my other bracelet & necklace in & they cleaned it all up making my 5 year old bracelet look brand new. I was so excited! There were several options for my purchase & even though the store was full & a line outside they still took their time with me & didnt make me feel rushed. Thanks Pandora in Northlake!
