Jada the sales associate was very helpful with helping me make a decision and she took the time to explain and show me the different charms.

Even though we had to stand in line because of covid-19 the Associates in the store they were very Usher and there they will be to us in a timely manner it was you no no problems with them helping the other customers and US waiting in line and once we were in the store they were very attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions very honestly

Mia was attentive.She showed me how to fasten a bracelet I had received in April. She then showed me some charms I had been admiring. I bought one and the things that keep the charms in place.
